Paradoxically both slenderer and sturdier than previous models, the stunning design of the steel or red gold case is matched by the sophistication of its self-winding movement: the module with dual time-zone display and large date window at 7.30 also incorporates an additional mechanism to display a third time-zone, with hour and minute hands crossing right through the oscillating weight.
