Bell & Ross BR01 97 Power Reserve

Utilizing their experience in the aeronautical and military sectors, in-house engineers, master watchmakers, designers and end-users, pooled their knowledge so that Bell & Ross could create a revolutionary concept – the BR01 Instrument.
With absolute readability, reliability and performance as their goal, the brand’s designers have reproduced a cockpit clock to fit the wrist. The BR01 Instrument timepiece is unique in that the various complications and accessories can be assembled differently depending upon the requirements. The construction of the case has a removable clip fastening system that allows the watch to be transformed into an office or pendant watch or a watch to be fixed onto an instrument panel.
The BR01-97 Instrument is for ‘professionals who require total reliability’. It is a stainless steel watch (46 mm) with a polished-satin finish and is equipped with an ETA 2897 automatic movement with hours, minutes, seconds, date and a power reserve indicator. The dial is available in galvanic black with white numerals or galvanic silver with black numerals, a screw-down crown, photo-luminescent hands and indices, and there is an anti-reflection sapphire crystal. The watch is water-resistant to 100 metres.
Today, astronauts, pilots, divers and bomb disposal experts rely on Bell & Ross watches in order to carry out their tasks and missions. The BR01 Instrument Collection carries on the concept of creating watch ‘tools’ for professionals using the image of the aeronautic instrumentation for its inspiration. Once again, this timepiece underlines the Bell & Ross philosophy: ‘Function creates form’.
