Sarpaneva Loiste II Moonphase This exceptional timepiece was originally inspired by the shape of a motorcycle kickstart pinion. Constructed with four Stavax ESR steel components. Movement : ETA 2824-A2 calibre 11 1/2 lines modified by SW, Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Phases of the moon. 28 800 vibrations per hour (4hz) . Mechanical, automatic winding. 25 jewels. 42-hour power reserve. Case: Modified Stavax ESR. Monoblock 37 mm. Satin finished surface. Sapphire crystal. Water resistant to 3 ATM . Dial: Gold-plated brass or aluminum dial. Blued or polished steel hands. Strap: Leather with stainless steel buckle.
Sarpaneva Oiva Oiva (meaning excellent, supreme; also used as a male name) The key elements with this design are the construction material and three-dimensional dial. "Oiva" is manufactured of modified AISI 420 steel (Stavax ESR) which gives this piece almost scratchproof case. After machining and heat treatments the hardness of the material is almost three times the hardness of conventional stainless steel. Stavax ESR is also totally nickel free. The dial has been machined from either brass or aluminium and it gives unique characteristics to this watch with its 3D appearance. Basic colours for the dial are black and yellow, different types will be available also.The movement of the watch is self-winding ETA caliber 2824 A2 finished by SW and it is also equipped with SW winding mass. The waterproof case (30 meters) has got a scratchproof sapphire glass.
